Guardian is a licensed trust company that is regulated by the Financial Services Commission in the British Virgin Islands.

It operates a registered branch office in Geneva, Switzerland. The Geneva branch is a member of the Association Romande des Intermédiaires financiers (ARIF), a self-regulating body approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for the supervision of the financial intermediaries referred to in article 2 para. 3 of the Swiss Federal Law on combating money laundering and terrorism financing in the financial sector (AMLA). Our Geneva branch office is also registered with the Geneva Chamber of Commerce.

Please note that pursuant to Section 184 of the British Virgin Islands Business Companies Amendment Act of 2022 the Company intends to redomicile to Switzerland.
