Conrad Rademeyer

Conrad is a qualified attorney and holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. He is a fully qualified member (TEP) of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners. Conrad joined Guardian in 2009 and fast established himself as a key member of Guardian’s legal, management and administration team.
Michael Segerman
Consultant
Michael is a South African attorney with extensive trust management experience. He established the Geneva Branch of Guardian in 2003 and served as Managing Director until December 2010.
Jeanime Barbey
Senior Trust Administrator
Jeanime joined Guardian in 2021. She has a degree in Financial Management Sciences from the University of Pretoria and is a fully qualified member (TEP) of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners. Jeanime has extensive experience in the trust management industry and specializes in client relationship management and offshore structure administration.
Gintare Nedelec
Trust Officer
Gintare has joined the company in 2023, having worked in the trust industry in Geneva over the past years managing trusts, companies, foundations, and partnerships. She is a fully qualified member (TEP) of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners. Also, she has recently obtained her STEP Postgraduate Degree in Wealth advice. Gintare was honoured with the Citywealth Trust Officer of the Year award for 2023 (Bronze).
Alex Wilson
Trust Officer
Alex has joined the company in 2021. Born in Australia educated in Switzerland, he possesses more than a decade of experience and oversees the management of trust and company accounts for offshore structures.
Tom Rogers
Senior Client Accountant
Tom is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants who joined Guardian in 2012, having previously worked for Ogier Fiduciary Services in Jersey. Tom specialises in client accounting and administration for multi-jurisdictional family office structures.
Zoe Wright
Consultant
Zoe joined Guardian in 2011. She is a fully qualified member (TEP) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Before joining Guardian, Zoe worked for family offices specialising in operations and management.
Samantha Milner-Daoud
Head of Compliance
Samantha joined Guardian in 2022. She holds an MBA and a Swiss compliance diploma and is a fully qualified member (TEP) of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners. She has over twenty years of experience working in the trust and fiduciary sector, having specialised in both client management and compliance and regulatory roles. At Guardian she heads up the compliance team.
